For remote parking with Park Assist Pro, you must download the “VW Park Assist Pro” app from Volkswagen AG. Before first use, the terms of use in the app must be accepted. The app is designed for iOS devices (from iOS 15; iPhone 6s or newer). When used with other devices, especially Android devices, there may be limitations in establishing the Bluetooth connection or its stability depending on the operating system and model of the mobile device. In these cases, the parking manoeuvre cannot be carried out remotely or will be cancelled accordingly. To use the We Connect / VW Connect services, you need a Volkswagen ID user account and must log in to We Connect / VW Connect with your user name and password . Furthermore, a separate We Connect or We Connect Plus or VW Connect or VW Connect Plus contract must be concluded with Volkswagen AG online at www.myvolkswagen.net or via the “ Volkswagen ” app (available in the App Store and Google Play Store). . For We Connect Plus / VW Connect Plus, after handing over the vehicle, you have 90 days to register the vehicle at www.myvolkswagen.net or via the “ Volkswagen ” app and use the services for the full duration of the agreed free term.For customers with VW Connect and VW Connect Plus: The use of mobile online services is possible via an integrated Internet connection. To use the web radio, Wi-Fi hotspot and Alexa, if available, paid data packages can be obtained from the external mobile phone partner “Cubic Telecom” and used in the area of network coverage within numerous European countries. The data volume of these packages can be used by all users and vehicle occupants. For conditions, pricing and supported countries, visit vw.cubictelecom.com. Alternatively, it is possible to use the web radio, WiFi hotspot and Alexa, if available, via a mobile device (e.g. smartphone) with the ability to act as a mobile WiFi hotspot. In this case, the corresponding service function is only available with an existing or separately concluded mobile phone contract between you and your mobile phone provider and only within the coverage of the respective mobile phone network.
